ISTE San Antonio was steamy, but didn’t quite heat things up like the clients in PR with Panache!’s annual “Meeting of the Minds” Media Suite at the Hilton Palacio del Rio overlooking the riverwalk!
As always, the annual ISTE conference, who chose San Antonio as the destination for 2013, did not disappoint. The conference was almost as hot as mother nature, but she was tough to beat this week!
Over two days, we played host to 8 amazing clients, One Call Now, Insight Education Group, TeacherMatch, VINCI, GuideK12, Lightspeed Technologies, Amplify and myON (a business unit of Capstone Publishing), coordinating 125+ meetings with leading Educational Publication Editors, Writers, Ed Bloggers, as well as many other industry stake holders, thought leaders and influencers.
With thousands of educators bouncing from session to session, from speaker to speaker, and trying to squeeze in some time to navigate Pan’s Labyrinth, also known as the exhibit floor, things were really on fire in the penthouse suite at the Hitlon Palacio del Rio, overlooking the beautiful Riverwalk, for PR with Panache’s annual ISTE “Meeting of the Minds” Media Suite.
PR with Panache! prides itself on creating and atmosphere conducive to the conversations we know are taking place, whether clients were sharing an exciting new product or discussing how districts have put their solutions to work in their classrooms, there was no shortage of excited chatter and even more thrilling action items stemming from the more than 125+ meetings held over the two day event.
The goal of the Media Suite is to provide a relaxed, comfortable, platform where our clients can interact directly with ed bloggers, industry stakeholders, thought leaders and leading media outlets within the education market place. The media loves spending time in our suite, and participating clients did not have enough good to say about how all the meetings went in the suite.
Oh, and did we mention the SXSWedu team, led by Executive Producer, Mr. Ron Reed, stopped by to have lunch and share some of the exciting opportunities their group has to offer? Don’t forget, the SXSWedu Panel Picker is now open, more information can be found here.
