Continuing with their commitment to building a solid leadership team with deep educational roots and functional expertise, GuideK12 sees Lund and Fitzgerald as beacons of both and more.
Jim Lund, formerly of Pearson Powerschool, joined the team as Vice President of Customer Experience, bringing with him invaluable knowledge of the marketplace to support GuideK12’s customers. In his role, Jim is responsible for leading the Customer Experience Organization, encompassing everything from designing customer friendly products, to implementing, supporting, documenting, and training those products.
Julie Fitzgerald, who serves as Vice President of Marketing, is leading the charge for Guide12’s marketing and branding vision, while coordinating the overall marketing strategies for the organization. In the 10 years prior to joining GuideK12, Julie served as the marketing director for the yearbook division of Jostens. During her tenure at Jostens, Julie drove significant growth within the yearbook division by consistently delivering new technology into yearbook classrooms, as well as for consumers. She also brings with her extensive sales and marketing experience from her time spent at Imation and the 3M Data Storage Division.
